*By paying a booking fee and securing a appointment with Makeup by Jacinta, you are agreeing to the below terms & conditions

When making a booking we require a 50% non-refundable or transferable booking fee to secure your appointment date and time.

The remaining balance due, will be made on your appointment date by Card, Cash or Direct Debit unless stated otherwise.

If you must cancel or rebook your appointment we respectfully request a minimum 48 hours notice.

If 48 hours notice is provided, Makeup by Jacinta can move your booking fee to another available appointment time. If another appointment time is not available, the booking fee will be retained to compensate administration and loss of other business due to allocation of appointment. Cancellations without 48 hours notice will result in your booking fee forfeited.

Makeup by Jacinta is a mobile service and can come to you for group bookings with a minimum of 3 people and maximum of 7. If there is a group booking exceeding 7 people, we can organise a 2nd artist to assist.

All travel fees include: Km’s travelled to and from location, fuel, insurance, setting up and packing down time, labour and kit cleaning costs. They also include any parking, tolls or out of pocket expenses if necessary. 

When enquiring about wedding or bridal bookings, we require the minimum information to be able to provide a quote. Full Name, Wedding Date, Email Address, number of people getting makeup, location your getting ready & ceremony time.  

All bridal quotes will be provided through email correspondence. Complete the contact form and we will be in touch within 2-3 business days.

All weddings or bridal booking payments are required to be fully paid 4 weeks prior to your wedding date.

Please ensure the makeup room is well lit (curtains pulled back & blinds up), Have a large table available to use, bridal party in a central location and reduce your phone use while you’re seated getting your makeup done. Have the air conditioning set or fans on in the room during warm and hot days to reduce any sweating. Please reach out for any additional preparation wedding tips. 

Please inform us of any relevant information relating to allergies, health conditions, skin conditions and/or sensitivity issues. Makeup by Jacinta cannot be held liable for any reactions or losses that occur due to the client’s failure to inform this information. 

If you arrive to your appointment with a infectious disease, we have the right to refuse the makeup application to protect ourselves and makeup brushes from cross contamination. 

Makeup by Jacinta reserves the right to terminate a booking if at any time, client/s or clients behaviour causes the artist distress. Rudeness, abusive, inappropriate and threatening behaviour will not be tolerated.

Makeup by Jacinta reserves the right to any photo/video content obtained with the client/clients permission.  If you do not wish to be photographed or videoed you must make the artist aware to protect your privacy.
